 St. Patty's Day Specials

Irish Buffet

Imagine taking a fresh Corned Beef Brisket and simmering it for many hours in it's own blend of spices until it was just "this side of falling apart". The brine that the Corned Beef simmered in for all those hours is a must to save. Wedges of cabbage are steamed in this very brine to enhance the flavor of the otherwise mundane cabbage taste.             

Fresh carrots are sliced and steamed until they have just a bite left in them but not too much. They are topped with parsley & butter.  Red potatoes, traditional with an Irish buffet can either be served steamed and then topped with butter or as "smashed" potatoes, topped with carmelized pub onions. Rye bread is the finest made, served with butter. We even bake the fudge Brownies topped with green mint.

• The Rachel, we use all natural Turkey instead or corned beef & build it like a Reuban
• Turkey on Sourdough, all natural Turkey & Asiago cheese, red leaf lettuce, roma tomatoes on Sourdough, side mayo

Mom's homemade Toffee

Many of you have tasted and have eaten and ordered and purchased my Mom's Famous Toffee. Each batch is hand made, this recipe handed down thru generations has a particular quirck to it, this quirk makes the difference in the outstanding taste and quality of the product. So many people have asked for it that we've decided to sell it. Were still in the process of figuring out quantities and packaging but if your looking for it, please ask.
