Note: Due to increasing fuel, food and vendor fuel surcharges, Sporty's is holding the line on pricing and in some cases even lowered it's per person pricing, while not comprising it's high quality of food and service.

Please note: As this is your Special Party and you want it to be perfect, there are several catering companies who will not give you a full serving per individual. An example, a caterer who uses "boned" in Chicken counts as a serving a "wing" or a "leg". That's it, that's your meal. A serving of Sportys Famous Tenders averages between 2.5-3 pieces PER serving. Please always ask.............

Poultry......

• Sporty's Famous Chicken.  Our succulent boneless, skinless Breast of Chicken lightly floured and seasoned, deep fried in our Famous Batter (cholesterol free 100% vegetable oil) then baked in our Ovens. Served with Honey Dijon. No wings, no Thighs-pure White Meat.  (1.5 pcs per order)
• Famous Chicken Tenders.  The same as above but in Tender size pieces just right to dip in our Honey Dijon. A Hot Seller !  (2.5 - 3 pcs per order)
• Baked Lemon Chicken Breasts.  Boneless, Skinless Breast of Chicken lightly breaded in Lemon Seasonings & Baked in the Oven. Topped with fresh Lemon slices & White Wine Lemon Sauce.  Also available w/o breading. (1.5 pcs per order) (also available w/o breading)
• Chicken Marsala.  Boneless, Skinless Chicken Sauteed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Seasonings, Baked. Pan drippings are mixed with add'l Olive Oil, Garlic, Marsala Wine, fresh sliced Mushrooms, Sauteed and poured over the Chicken. (1.5 pcs. per order) (add.50pp)
• Chicken Parmesan.  Sliced breast of Chicken dredged in seasoned italian bread crumbs finished off with our  Signature Red Sauce, Topped with Mozzarella Cheese & Baked in our Ovens. (1.5 pcs per order)
• Chicken Vesuvio.  Breaded Boneless Chicken sauteed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic and Marsala Wine. Pan drippings plus fresh Garlic, Olive Oil, Parmesan Cheese & Marsala Wine are then poured over Seasoned wedges of fried potatoes . (potatoes served as 1 Hot side dish) (1.5 pcs. per order) (add .50pp)
• Baked Parmesan Encrusted Chicken.  Boneless, Skinless Chicken covered with fresh Parmesan Cheese, baked to a Golden Brown, layered over Penne Rigate, Steamed Broccoli & Red Peppers. Covered in a Rich Alfredo Garlic Cream Sauce. (penne, broccoli & peppers served as 1 Hot side dish) (add .50 pp)   
• Baked Chicken Penne Pasta.  Boneless, Skinless Chicken sauteed in Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Fresh Garlic. Tossed in Alfredo Cream Sauce & covered
• Chicken Florentine.  Boneless skinless Chicken sauteed in olive oil, Marsala wine and mushrooms. Served over a bed of steamed spinach. (Spinach served as 1 side) (add .60pp)
• Roast Turkey Breast.  Center Cut, over roasted white meat served with Turkey gravey.  (add.25pp)
• Chicken Kabobs.  Marinated Chicken, Pineapple, Cherry Tomatoes, Peppers brushed with our special glaze.
• Lasagna (homemade).  Choose from four cheese, meat & cheese, garden vegetable Lasagna.
• Baked Penne Pasta.  Italian Sausage bits and Pasta in Maranara sauce covered and baked with Mozzarella Cheese.
• Cheese Ravioli.  Stuffed with Ricotta Cheese and topped with Marinara sauce & Parmesan Cheese.
• Pastas, Pastas, Pastas.  Choose a pasta noodle, add marinara sauce, w / wo meat, add sliced mushrooms if you like.  (side meatballs .75pp)
• Lemon Angel Hair Pasta & Jumbo Shrimp.  Lemon infused olive oil, sauteed Jumbo Tail on Shrimp served over Angel Hair Pasta.  (3 shrimp pp) (add $1.50pp)
• Eggpland Parmesan.  Layers of tender slices of Eggplant in our rich Marinara sauce, layers of Mozzarella Cheese all baked in the oven.

Beef

• Italian Beef.  Medium rare, sliced paper thin, homemade gravey, french bread, sweet & hot peppers.
• BBQ Beef.  Our famous tender beef smothered in tangy BBQ sauce includes burger style buns.
• Jumbo Italian Meatballs.  Meatballs in our rich Marinara sauce, french breadm sweet & hot peppers.
• Baked Meatloaf.  Homemade with brown gravey. (may we suggest mashed potatoes and peas & carrots?)
• Smoked Beef Brisket.  Slow roasted with a tangy smokey flavor.
• Sirloin of Beef.  Sliced Prime Sirloin of Beef served with au jus. (add .60pp)
• Beef Stroganoff.  Prepared in our rich cream sauce with mushrooms. (add .90pp) Served with egg noodles as 1 side
• Prime Rib, Filet Mignon, Ribeye Steak.  Sized to your needs, premade or on site grilling. Market price

Pork

• Italian Sausage.  Large 1/4th lb , slowly char broiled with your choice or our tangy natural gravey or rich Marinara sauce. French bread, sweet & hot peppers.
• "Old World Polish Sausage".  Leon's famous sausage lightly steamed in beer and served on a bed of Sauerkraut with caraway seeds.
• Baked Honey Ham.  Thinly sliced center cut Ham served with seasonal glaze.
• Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork.  A Favorite  Pull apart tender slow cooked pork. Served in our tangy BBQ sauce and a secret ingrediant to give it that right touch. Bun or ask for onion rolls.....
• Roast Loin of Pork.  Boneless, seasoned center cut served with natural pork gravey.
• Barbequed Baby Back Ribs.  Fall off the bone tender with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce with a touch of honey. 1/2 Slab 6-7 bones (add $6.00pp)  Full Slab  13 bones (add $9.50pp)
• Stuffed Pork Chops.  Thick Center Cut Boneless, lightly grilled and styffed with Wild Rice, glazed. (rice = 1 side)  1 chop pp add $3.00, 2 chops pp add $5.00pp) full portions only

Fish

• Shrimp Kabobs.  Jumbo Tail on Shrimp in a Caribbean Marinade with Fruits and Veggies, grilled (add $2.00 pp) ( extra skewers $3.50 ea)
• Grilled Citrus Salmon.  Fresh Salmon Filet, Citrus glazed and grilled  (add $4.00pp)

 Food Stations

• Salad Bar Station (Dieters delight).  Crisp Salad Greens, vegetables, cheeses, croutons, eggs, tomatoes, cucumbers, assorted dressings (max. 2), dinner rolls & butter. Your choice of canned 12oz pop or bottled spring water. Add grilled chicken or turkey for $1.00pp additional.  $4.99 pp  Minimum 20
• Baked Potato Station.  Jumbo Idaho potatoes, homemade Chili, Bacon pieces, steamed Broccoli, Cheddar Cheese, butter & sour cream.   $4.99pp  minimum 20. Add Soup of the week  (seasonal) $1.99pp.
• Sourdough Bread Bowl Soup Station.  Delived ready to fill with your choice of homemade Beef Chili, Gayle's Chicken Chili, Cream of Potato Soup (cheddar) or Cream of Broccoli Soup. Served with your choice of a Tossed or Caesar Salad. $4.99 pp  Minimum 20 for choice of 1 Soup. Minimum 30 for 2 choices of above.
• Taco Salad Bar.  Flour Tortilla shell bowls, shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, salsa, sour cream, and refried beans. Add seasoned ground Beef or grilled Chicken for $1.00 pp. Add Guacamole for .75pp.
• The above stations come with appropriate tableware, serving utinsels and returnable warming units. Disposable units available.
