Sporty’s Famous Chicken Tenders ......always a customer favorite!

Our Fresh boneless, skinless Chicken Tenders, lightly floured & seasoned, deep fried in our famous batter (cholesterol free oil) and finished off in our ovens, lightly baked. Served with Honey Dijon. Pure White Meat. Approx. 2 1/2-3 pieces. p.p.

Baked Lemon Chicken

Fresh boneless Chicken Tenders, lightly breaded in lemon seasonings & baked. Topped w / sliced lemons  lemon sauce & parsley. Also available without breading.

Southern Fried Chicken 

Direct from Magnolia’s, an Oprah favorite dining spot in Charleston South.Carolina. (Of course we tested it where we visted Charleston).  This recipe includes a marinade of buttermilk and a hint of cayenne pepper among other spices. Then battered in our secret mix of herbs and spices. Fried until golden brown. 1& 1/2 pieces p.p. of bone in chicken. Includes breast, legs, wings & thighs.

Chicken Marsala

Boneless, skinless chicken sautéed in Olive oil & Garlic, lightly breaded in our secret recipe, baked. The pan drippings are then combined with Marsala Wine sauce and more Garlic and Olive oil and sautéed with sliced mushrooms. This is then layered over the top of the finished chicken.  (add .50 pp)

Chicken Parmesan    

Skinless, boneless chicken pounded, coated w / our special bread crumbs & Italian seasonings, covered in our rich marinara sauce and baked in the oven w / mozzarella cheese.

Chicken Vesuvio    

Breaded, boneless chicken, sautéed in Olive oil, Garlic & Marsala Wine, seasoned with Parmesan cheese, baked in the oven. The pan drippings are mixed w / additional Garlic & Olive oil & Marsala wine. The Vesuvio chicken is displayed with wedges of seasoned potatoes at their side. The drippings are poured over the potato wedges to compliment the chicken flavor. (add .50 pp) ((Potatoes served as 1 hot side dish)

Baked Parmesan Encrusted Chicken (Chicken Parmesan)   

Boneless, skinless chicken covered w / Parmesan cheese, baked to a golden brown, layered over Penne  Rigate pasta, steamed Broccoli & Red Peppers, then covered in a rich Garlic Cream sauce.  ( Penne, Broccoli & Peppers served as 1 hot side)

Chicken Florentine    

Boneless, skinless chicken sautéed in Olive Oil, Marsala wine & Mushrooms. Served over a bed or steamed Spinach. (add .50pp)  (steamed Spinach served as 1 hot side)

Roast Turkey Breast    

Center cut, oven roasted white meat served with rich Turkey Gravy.

Lasagna (Homemade, really!)    

Choose from a Four Cheese, Meat or Vegetarian Lasagna. Layers upon layers of rich pasta noodles   layered with our blend of Ricotta Cheese & Spices, layers of our rich Marinara sauce, covered with Mozzarella cheese & baked in our ovens to a golden beauty. (This should be sold by the pound!)

Baked Penne Pasta    

Italian Sausage bits & Pasta in Marinara sauce covered & baked with a blend of Mozzarella cheeses.

Cheese Ravioli    

Pasta Ravioli stuffed with four rich cheeses, topped w / Marinara sauce & Parmesan Cheese

Lobster Ravioli    

Ravioli pasta stuffed with Lobster pieces & layered in a rich Vodka Cream Sauce.  (add .50 pp)

Manicotti    

Large round pasta noodles stuffed w / a rich Ricotta cheese blend. Topped w / our Marinara sauce & a light layer of Mozzarella cheese & baked in the oven.

Sporty’s Fettuccini Alfredo    

Fettuccini noodles in a creamy mixture of Parmesan cheese, fresh Cream & Butter.

Chicken Spinach & Fresh Basil Alfredo    

Our Fettuccini Alfredo tossed with sautéed chicken, fresh Spinach & fresh Basil.  (Spinach & Basil served as 1 hot side)

Chicken Tetrazzini    

Spaghetti tossed w / boneless, skinless chicken, fresh Mushroom sautéed in butter and a rich Parmesan cream sauce. 

Tuscan Rigatoni

Rigatoni pasta tossed in a rich white cream sauce w / fresh Garlic, sautéed Italian Sausage, sliced mushrooms.

Italian Beef    

Medium rare, sliced paper thin, homemade gravy, French Bread, steamed Sweet Peppers & Hot Peppers.

BBQ Beef    

Our famous tender Beef smothered in Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce & burger style buns. (for “slider” buns add: .30 p.p. two p.p. included)

Italian Meatball Sandwich    

Handmade Meatballs covered in our Marinara sauce. French bread, Sweet & Hot peppers.

Homemade Baked Meatloaf…..    

A Sporty’s specialty. A mixture of lean ground beef, spices, eggs,  veggies,  bread crumbs & a touch of ketchup, slowly baked in the oven. (We highly suggest the traditional sides of Mashed Potatoes & Peas.)

Smoked Beef Brisket     

Slow baked for several hours (that’s the secret) with a tangy smoke flavor. (add .75pp)

Sirloin of Beef………all Natural    

An unbelievably tender prime medium rare cut of meat. Served w / au jus (add .75 p.p.)

Beef Stroganoff     

Marinated & then slowly steamed for several hours until tender & juicy. Prepared in a rich cream sauce w / mushrooms. Served over Rich Egg Noodles (as 1 hot side). (add.75 p.p.)

Italian Sausage    

1/4th lb. of slowly char-broiled sausage with your choice of natural gravy or Marinara sauce. French bread, Sweet & Hot Peppers.

Polish Sausage    

Leon’s on Lake St. Old World famous Polish Sausage cut into 2” pieces, lightly steamed in beer & served on a bed of Sauerkraut w / caraway seeds.

Baked Honey Ham    

Dinner sliced Honey Smoked Ham Glazed with a Pineapple Chutney Glaze.

Smoked BBQ Pulled Pork….a favorite…..    

Pull a part tender, smothered in Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce, served on a fresh Maryann bun. (For slider buns, 2 p.p. add .30 p.p.)

Roast Loin of Pork    

The most tender cut of Pork, seasoned and baked in the oven until tender, served with Pork gravy. 

Jamaican Jerk Pork Loin A Caribbean Favorite    

Ja Man….a favorite….Marinated in our spicy Jerk Rub, slow baked in the oven until tender & juicy.

BBQ Baby Back Ribs    

Our favorite compliment about these ribs is that they “just keep falling off the bone”. Lathered in Sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce. 1/2 slab 6-7 bones (add $6.00 p.p.) full slab, 13 bones (add $13.00 p.p.)

Center cut grilled Pork Chops    

Thick 6oz center cut boneless, lightly grilled Pork Chop, glazed with pan gravy. (1 chop p.p. add $4.50)

Center cut Stuffed Pork     

Thick 6oz center cut, lightly grilled then stuffed w / Wild Rice, finished in the oven. Topped with natural pan gravy. (1 chop p.p. add $4.50) (Rice equal to 1 hot side)

Atlantic Salmon Filet    

Tender Atlantic Salmon baked & served with a Orange Citrus Marinade . (add $4.50 p.p.)

Tilapia Provencale    

Baked Tilapia topped w / Kalamata Olives, chopped Tomatoes, Capers & fresh Herbs. (add .90 p.p.)

Shrimp and Spinach in a Pink Alfredo sauce    

Sautéed Shrimp in Alfredo sauce with a touch of Marinara with fresh Spinach and Fettuccini noodles. ( add .90 p.p.) ( Spinach treated as 1 hot side)

Shrimp Tetrazzini    

Plump Shrimp sautéed in butter, combined w / Spaghetti noodles in a rich Parmesan cream sauce &   Mozzarella Cheese. (add .90 p.p.)
