Picnics are Either "Grill on Site" Or "Drop Off"

Make this easy......our prices and service cannot be beat!!! Get a quote and compare!

• Grill On Site includes...... Grill Chefs, Serving Personnel, Grills, Serving Tables & Tablecloths. Tents for the Food Serving Lines, . Appropriate Iced or Heated Food Stations. 1 hour set up time, 1 1/2 Hours Serving Time and 1 hour take down time is allotted. ( Add'l Time Available and must be signed and paid for prior to additional time commencing)  Set up and take down of all Equipment, Staff Insurance, & Delivery Charges. (add'l delivery charges may apply if distance is out of area) Certificates of Insurance are available naming your Park District, Organization at an add'l cost of $40.00. Certificates of Insurance are available at no charge showing "Proof of Insurance" on Sporty's Catering Part. See "ordering" for Additional Information.
• Due to the increased volumne during the busy season we recommend booking at your earliest convenience. We do a maximum of 2 picnics at the same time, maximum 4 per day. UNTIL WE HAVE A DEPOSIT TO HOLD YOUR DATE, YOUR EVENT WILL NOT BE ENTERED INTO OUR BOOK AS A CONFIRMED EVENT.

• Drop Off Picnics include...... Warming Racks, Iced Food as Needed, serving Utinsels, Plates, Picnic Packs (Salt/Pepper, Fork, Knife, Napkin) Delivery & Set Up Additional. Wait Staff Available.

• Condiments Include...... Depending on your food types: Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo, Relish, Sliced & Chopped Onions, Sliced Tomatoes, Pickles, Peppers, American Cheese & More!

• Sloppy Joes....a traditional American favorite served on a MaryAnn bun.

• Price is Per Person, Kids 7 & under count as 1/2
• Overages: Guessing how many people will be at your picnic is always hard. Sporty's brings enough food for everyone to enjoy even if 20% more show up. The fair and usual method of counting the number of people at you picnic is by counting plates and serviceware. This method will allow us an accurate number attending your party. Any overages will be billed accordingly to your bill. As food preparation allowed for a specific number when ordering, no refunds will be given for less than the original amount of people ordered for.
