All on fresh baked French Bread......

  • Large 6" wide subs come in sizes, 3',4',5',6' and are cut into 2" slices, toothpicked and topped with pepperonchini, or olives. Boxed
  • A 2 lb Round sub, (called a Torta) cut into wedges. Serve 8-14 people.
  • "Regular Sub" 3' x 3" bread, we've all seen them at the store. We can make this into 7 - 5" subs or as  hors d'oeurves, cut into 2" slices,toothpickes, placed on a black domed tray (12 - 2" pieces per sub)
  • We just don't cut the bread lengthwise once, we do it twice. Then add layer upon layer of meats & cheeses.
  • How about 1/2 x 1/2 choose your sub, we'll do 1/2 x 1/2 for you!

Italian: Italian Ham (capicolla),  Genoa Salami, Mortadella, Provolone Cheese added to our special dressing, Plus Lettuce & Tomatoes, (onions upon request).

American: Layers of Imported Ham, Cotto Salami, Genoa Salami, American Cheese, Hellman's Mayo, Lettuce & Tomatoes. (upon request, sweet white onion or red onion).

The Real Deal: Layers of Imported Ham, Turkey & Medium Rare Roast Beef, American Cheese, Lettuce, Garden Tomatoes and your choice of Dijoinnaise, Mustard or Hellmans Mayo on the side. (onions upon request)

Roast Beef : Medium Rare, layer after layer. Add cheeses of your choice, Provolone, American, Swiss, White American,. Lettuce & Tomatoes. Choice of dressing: on OR on the side, Dijon, Dijonnaise, Hellman's Mayo, Yellow Mustard. Looking for another topping, please let us know.

Turkey: Honey Roasted Turkey, See above for choices of Cheeses and dressing. Lettuce and Tomato of Course.

Pulled Pork: Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce, layers of center cut, thinly sliced Smoked BBQ pork. Nuf Said! Served cold...

Veggie Sub: Either Raw or Sauteed Veggies, sauteed then added to the bread, layers of cheeses. Choose from Broccoli, Califlower, Mushrooms, Zucchini (several colors), fresh sweet Onions. Spices added to enhance your experience.

Cheese Sub: For those who stay away from Veggies & Meat. Assorted Cheeses, your choice of dressing. Lettuce & Tomatoes.
