• Thick, Grilled to Perfection Center Cut Pork Chop Sandwich, Fresh MaryAnn Bun. Seasoned just right that We don't think its needs any other topping...............

Irish Buffet.......

I remember Mom making the Corned Beef in the Kitchen near St Patricks Day. The Smell was Unbeatable. I make the Corned Beef Flats the same way, Slow Cooked for Hours until Tender. The Same Juice from the cooking is then used in the Cabbage Steaming to give it that Extra Flavor.
